Refund Policy
AceGamer is committed to delivering high-quality products and hassle-free refunds. This policy applies to all purchases made through AceGamer online store.
1. Quality-Related Refunds (Our Responsibility)
- Full refund or free replacement for confirmed quality issues.
- No return required unless requested.
- AceGamer covers all shipping costs.
Examples:
- Buttons, triggers, or joysticks not working
- Charging, power, or connectivity failures
- Firmware or software malfunctions
- Shipping damage reported within 48 hours
2. Non-Quality Related Refunds (Change of Mind / Wrong Model)
- Request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Refund = Order amount – actual return shipping cost.
- Alternatively, if you keep the product, you may request a partial refund of 25% of the order value (applies only to non-quality related returns).
Example: If return shipping is $20 and order total is $100, your refund will be $80.
3. Refund Processing
- Claim review: within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
- Refund issued: 3–5 business days to the original payment method

Provide: order number, product name, description of issue, and photos/videos if applicable.
