AceGamer Warranty & Returns Policy

1. Warranty Period

All products purchased from AceGamer official channels are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt. This applies worldwide under the same terms. Warranty coverage is valid only for purchases made through official channels.


2. Warranty Scope – What is Covered

The 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use, including:
• Product fails to power on or connect
• Buttons, triggers, or joysticks malfunction
• Charging, battery, or connectivity failures caused by manufacturing defects
• Firmware or software issues preventing normal operation
• Any other functional defects due to materials or manufacturing flaws


3. Warranty Exclusions – What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, drops, liquids, impact, or environmental factors
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic issues
• Problems caused by third-party accessories, firmware, software, or incompatible combinations
• Products lost or damaged during shipping if not reported immediately
• Claims made after a reasonable period without photographic/video proof
• Usage outside normal conditions or failure to follow product instructions

Note: Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties void the warranty.


4. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

A. Quality Issues – Full Refund / Replacement

For confirmed quality issues within warranty:
• Full refund – No return required unless requested
• Full replacement – Same or equivalent model; no return required
• AceGamer covers all shipping costs for quality-related claims

Examples of quality issues:
• Buttons, triggers, or joysticks not functioning
• Charging, power, or connectivity failures
• Bluetooth, firmware, or software malfunctions


B. Non-Quality Reasons – Returns & Partial Refund

If the product is in good working condition but you no longer want it (e.g., personal preference, changed mind, wrong model):
• Return must be requested within 30 days of receipt
• Product must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are typically 70–80% of the order value after deduction of our shipping costs
• Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the product, AceGamer may provide a partial refund of 20–30%


5. Warranty & Return Claim Procedure

To submit a claim or request a return/refund, provide:
1. Order number
2. Product name and description of the issue
3. Photos or videos showing the defect

Processing:
• Claims reviewed for eligibility within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
• Approved claims processed within 3–5 business days
• Customers notified via email

Tips for faster processing:
• Do not repair or disassemble the product

• Provide clear, high-quality photos or video


6. Post-Warranty Services

Products beyond the 1-year warranty may be eligible for:
• Paid repair or replacement services
• Discounts on new product purchases


7. Customer Dispute & Unsatisfied Resolution Policy

If dissatisfied with the resolution:
• Contact AceGamer support for review
• Escalation can be requested; internal review conducted
• Final decisions follow company policy and local consumer protection laws


8. Liability & Legal Responsibility
• AceGamer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use
• Not responsible for damages from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or third-party accessories
• This warranty does not affect statutory rights under applicable law
