However, product colors, appearance, and display details may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or product updates. Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
All trademarks, console names, platform names, and brand names mentioned on our website, including but not limited to Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, PC, iOS, Android, and Steam Deck, are the property of their respective owners. Such names are used only for compatibility and descriptive purposes.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. AceGamer reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or compliance requirements.
Your order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.
You agree that purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized resale, export, or illegal use.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee.
Shipping is free to supported countries and regions listed in our Payment & Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes are already included in the product price where applicable. Customers are not required to pay additional delivery fees upon delivery unless otherwise required by local authorities.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, payment, and account information. You also represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We use secure third-party payment providers to process transactions. AceGamer does not directly store complete credit card information.
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
Shipping regions, processing times, estimated delivery times, lost package rules, and related shipping information are described in our Payment & Shipping Policy.
Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days, Monday–Friday. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. If your order has no tracking updates for more than 30 days, it may be considered lost and AceGamer may arrange a replacement or full refund after review.
Section 6 - Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. New, opened, or slightly used products may be eligible for return. Returns are accepted by mail only. AceGamer covers quality-related issues; customers cover non-quality-related returns. AceGamer does not charge any restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a refund-only request is approved.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, product descriptions, page designs, and other materials, is owned by AceGamer, its affiliates, or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

AceGamer is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and provide services to customers. However, all sales are made directly with AceGamer. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, customer service, returns, refunds, warranty claims, or product support between you and AceGamer.

You and AceGamer agree to submit disputes to the courts of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, unless applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your country or region of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
