Warranty & Returns 

1. How long is the warranty?

All products purchased from AceGamer or official distributors are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt. Warranty applies only to purchases from official channels.

2. What is AceGamer’s policy for quality issues?

For confirmed quality issues, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Return is not required unless requested.

3. What is NOT covered?

The warranty does not cover:
•Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquids, or unauthorized repairs
•Normal wear and cosmetic issues (scratches, discoloration)
•Third-party accessories or modifications
•Shipping loss or damage not reported promptly

Note: Altered or self-repaired products void the warranty.

4. Can I return a product for non-quality reasons?

Yes. Returns within 30 days are accepted if the product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
•Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
•Refund amount = order total minus actual return shipping cost
•Alternatively, you may keep the product and request a partial refund of 25% of the order value

5. How do I submit a claim?

Provide:
•Order number
•Product name and description of the issue
•Photos or videos showing the defect

Processing:
•Claims are verified and resolved within 3–5 business days
•Support may request additional information

Tips:
•Do not attempt self-repair
•Keep original packaging
•Submit clear photos/videos

Shipping & Delivery 

1. How long does order processing take?

•Typically 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday)
•Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
•Peak seasons or promotions may slightly extend processing time

2.  What are the shipping options and delivery times?

•Free standard shipping storewide to all supported countries
•Estimated delivery times:
•United States: 3–7 days,(Mon–Sun)
•Europe & UK: 3–7 days,(Mon–Sun)
•Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 days,(Mon–Sun)
•Asia-Pacific & Middle East: 5–12 days,(Mon–Sun)
•Supported couriers: 4PX, YunExpress, UPS, USPS, etc.
•Tracking: Available via Shopify tracking plugin after shipment

3. What should I know about delivery addresses?

•Ensure your address is complete and accurate before ordering
•Once shipped, the address cannot be changed; contact the carrier for redirection

4. Are there customs, duties, or taxes?

•All listed shipping options include free delivery
•Since we only ship to supported countries, no additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT will be charged to customers

5. What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

•Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays
•Contact AceGamer within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date for lost or delayed packages
•Inspect packages on arrival; report wrong, damaged, or missing items immediately with your order number and photos
•AceGamer will assist with replacements or refunds for quality issues per our Returns & Warranty Policy

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

•Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
•Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled

Refused delivery:
•Quality issues: full refund or replacement; return not required unless requested
•Non-quality reasons: partial refund of 25%, customer may keep the product

•Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on stock
•Double-check shipping information before submitting to avoid delays
