AceGamer is committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders (USD only):

⚠️ Note: All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may charge a conversion fee.

2.Order Processing Time

All orders are processed quickly, typically within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Daily cutoff time: Orders placed before 18:00 (local warehouse time) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Note: This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

3. Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery

Currently, we only support shipping to the following countries:

  • United States – Free local shipping | Estimated delivery: 3–7 days,(Mon–Sun)

  • Europe & United Kingdom – Free shipping | Estimated delivery: 3–7 days,(Mon–Sun)

    (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)

  • Australia & New Zealand – Free shipping | Estimated delivery: 5–15 days,(Mon–Sun)

  • Asia-Pacific & Middle East – Free shipping | Estimated delivery: 5–12 days,(Mon–Sun)

    (Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates)

⚠️ Other countries or regions are currently not supported for delivery.

Logistics Partners: We mainly ship via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services, depending on your location.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided above.
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, and local logistics conditions.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • All listed shipping options include free delivery.
  • Import duties and taxes are already included in the product price. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has no tracking updates for more than 30 days, it will be considered lost.
  • In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  • Customers may be asked to provide a loss declaration or confirmation from the carrier to process the claim.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

This includes:

  • Return period: 30 days
  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days
  • Responsibility for return shipping:
    • AceGamer covers quality-related issues
    • Customer covers non-quality issues
  • Non-quality related returns: The refund will equal the order amount minus the actual return shipping cost charged by the carrier. Depending on the circumstances, you may choose to return the product or keep it and request a partial refund of 25% of the order value.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
