AceGamer is committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read the following Payment & Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • PayPal

Note: If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days, Monday–Friday.

  • Daily cutoff time: Orders placed before 18:00, GMT+8 will be processed the same business day when possible.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

3. Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery

Currently, we support shipping to the following countries and regions:

  • United States: Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 3–7 days.
  • Europe & United Kingdom: Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 3–7 days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 5–15 days.
  • Asia-Pacific & Middle East: Free shipping. Estimated delivery: 5–12 days.

Europe & United Kingdom supported countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

Asia-Pacific & Middle East supported countries: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

Other countries or regions are currently not supported for delivery.

Logistics partners: We mainly ship via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, local postal services, and other available logistics providers depending on your location.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided above.
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and local logistics conditions.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • All listed shipping options include free delivery.
  • Import duties and taxes are already included in the product price where applicable. Customers are not required to pay additional delivery fees upon delivery unless otherwise required by local authorities.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has no tracking updates for more than 30 days, it may be considered lost.
  • In such cases, AceGamer will arrange a replacement or full refund after review.
  • Customers may be asked to provide a loss declaration or confirmation from the carrier to process the claim.
  • Please contact us promptly at support@acegamerstore.com if you encounter any delivery issues.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

This includes:

  • Return window: Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
  • Product condition: New, opened, or slightly used products may be eligible for return.
  • Return method: Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Return shipping cost: AceGamer covers quality-related issues; customers cover non-quality-related returns.
  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
  • Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the refund request is approved.

For non-quality-related returns, the refund equals the order amount minus the actual return shipping cost charged by the carrier. Alternatively, if you choose to keep the product, you may request a partial refund of 25% of the order value for eligible non-quality-related cases.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped.
  • Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@acegamerstore.com.
