AceGamer Warranty Policy

All products purchased through AceGamer official channels in supported countries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.

1. Warranty Scope

Covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Device fails to power on or connect
  • Buttons, triggers, or joysticks malfunction
  • Charging, battery, or connectivity failures due to manufacturing defects
  • Firmware or software issues preventing normal operation

2. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, drops, liquids, impact, or environmental factors
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, cosmetic issues)
  • Issues caused by third-party accessories or incompatible use
  • Products lost/damaged during shipping if not reported within 48 hours
  • Claims without clear photo/video evidence submitted in a reasonable time frame

⚠️ Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties void the warranty.

3. Post-Warranty Services

  • Paid repair or replacement services
  • Discounts on new purchases

4. Warranty Claim Process

  • Provide order number, product name, description, and photos/videos (required for quality claims)
  • Claim review: within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Approved replacements/refunds: 3–5 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Keep proof of purchase and original packaging for warranty processing
