AceGamer Warranty Policy
All products purchased through AceGamer official channels in supported countries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.
1. Warranty Scope
Covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use, including:
- Device fails to power on or connect
- Buttons, triggers, or joysticks malfunction
- Charging, battery, or connectivity failures due to manufacturing defects
- Firmware or software issues preventing normal operation
2. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, drops, liquids, impact, or environmental factors
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, cosmetic issues)
- Issues caused by third-party accessories or incompatible use
- Products lost/damaged during shipping if not reported within 48 hours
- Claims without clear photo/video evidence submitted in a reasonable time frame
⚠️ Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties void the warranty.
3. Post-Warranty Services
- Paid repair or replacement services
- Discounts on new purchases
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Provide order number, product name, description, and photos/videos (required for quality claims)
- Claim review: within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
- Approved replacements/refunds: 3–5 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Keep proof of purchase and original packaging for warranty processing
